First it begins with changing our mindsets from valuing money to valuing our time. Time is the most valuable currency we have and unfortunately, we can never make a cent of it back. So when we can, find ways to prioritize our time with family, friends, and ourselves. Here’s how.

Outsourcing various tasks to save more time can be turned into happiness hours. Services that handle tasks like cleaning, laundry, cooking and grocery shopping may seem unnecessary but if they allow for you to use your time wisely elsewhere, then it’s worth every penny. You aren’t paying for convenience, you're paying for your time back.

Work habits can also help increase happiness. Taking more casual breaks throughout the day can lead to getting way more done in a shorter time than someone working the day away alone. Making time for rest and other people is key.

Active leisure activities like exercising or going for a walk are worth more than passive leisure like watching television. Your health is your wealth so investing in it long term will only reap great benefits.

Sometimes we have to be willing to pay the price needed for joy. We go through so much daily, so it’s ok to spend for more comfort because we deserve joy.

We have a quick favor to ask:
